Refunds & Returns Policy
Our commitment
Your satisfaction matters. We follow Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major problem, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement. For minor problems, we’ll repair, replace, or refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
Change-of-mind returns
- Originals: Return within 7 days of delivery in original condition and packaging.
- Fine-Art Prints: Return within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in resaleable condition.
- Commissions / Custom orders: Not eligible for change-of-mind returns (see Commissions Policy below).
We provide a return label for AU orders; return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Arrived damaged or incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if damage occurred in transit.
Limited editions & handling
For numbered editions, we verify returned items to ensure the edition and condition match the original shipment.
International returns
International customers are responsible for return freight and any taxes/duties charged on re-import. Some artists disallow change-of-mind returns entirely; we keep a window to build buyer trust while still protecting one-of-a-kind works.
Exclusions
- Items not in original condition or damaged due to improper repackaging
- Framed-to-order prints and special finishes (unless faulty)
