Shipping & Delivery Policy
Origin & carriers
Orders ship from Melbourne, Australia. We use Australia Post for most orders, with PACK & SEND or specialist couriers for large/bulky artworks. Originals and framed works ship boxed and flat; unframed canvases/prints may ship rolled in a heavy-duty tube, depending on size and finish.
Dispatch timeframes
- Originals (in stock): 3–5 business days
- Fine-Art Prints (made to order): 7–14 business days
- Framed prints: 10–20 business days
- You’ll receive tracking once dispatched.
Domestic (AU)
- Standard shipping with tracking. Signature on delivery for originals and framed works.
- Insurance included for originals and framed works.
International
We ship unframed prints and rolled canvases to most countries. Framed/wood products can be restricted by customs and cost; we may recommend unframed shipping for international orders. Duties and taxes are payable by recipient.
Failed delivery / address errors
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or non-collection, we can re-ship once the item is received back; re-delivery costs apply.
Damage in transit
Keep packaging and photograph the item and box; contact us within 48 hours so we can inspect and resolve (replacement or refund).
