Commissions Policy (Custom Artwork)

Process

• Brief & quote (size, palette, reference works). 
• Deposit 30% non-refundable once we accept the commission (covers materials/time). 
• Progress update(s) at agreed milestones. 
• Approval — we share final photos/video for sign-off. Minor tweaks are included; major changes may incur a fee if out of scope. 
• Balance due prior to dispatch; shipping as per Shipping Policy.
