Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping – Australia

We offer free shipping across Australia on all orders.

Your artwork will be prepared and dispatched from the studio within 1–3 business days. If you prefer to collect your original piece in person, you’re welcome to arrange a pickup from our Point Cook studio.

Every order is fully insured and includes tracking, so you can follow your artwork’s journey. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your piece is ready to be shipped.

International Shipping

If you’re located outside Australia, please get in touch with us for an international shipping quote.

International orders are usually sent out within 2–5 business days. All parcels include tracking, and you’ll receive your tracking information via email once your artwork has been dispatched.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
